On February 24th, Nelson, Pope, and Voorhis presented their list of water quality-related recommendations for public review and comment.  A link to a YouTube recording of the meeting is available here.
A Water Quality Improvement Plan is a guiding document of projects, activities, and other actions that will lead to improvements in water quality.  
The Watershed Characterization Report is available for download.
